Welcome to Comfort Ride Transportation Services (“ComfortRide,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking services, or interacting with us in any form, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, website, or submitting any request, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Overview

ComfortRide provides non-emergency medical and general transportation services throughout select areas of Texas. All services are provided based on availability, and scheduling is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

3. Payment Terms

• All rides must be paid in full prior to service confirmation.
• We are a private pay company and do not accept insurance.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and facility invoicing (with prior approval).

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in full charges.
• All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of ComfortRide.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or intent while using our services.
• Interfere with the functionality of our website or booking systems.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse ComfortRide employees or drivers.

7. Modifications to Services or Terms

ComfortRide reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the website or services without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, logos, graphics, etc.) is the property of ComfortRide and may not be reused or reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

11. Promotions

• Offer valid for a limited time only.
• Customers must request activation of the promotion through Dispatch before beginning qualifying rides.
• Promotion is valid only after activation is confirmed.
• Earn 1 free ride after completing 5 paid rides.
• The free ride applies only to the base fare of the 6th ride, upto a maximum of 20 miles, excluding tips, tolls, surcharges, or additional fees.
• The free ride is valid only Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and not valid on weekends or holidays.
• Missed, canceled, or refunded rides do not count toward the 5-ride requirement.
• Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
• Limit one free ride per rider per promotional cycle.
• Free ride must be used within 30 days of being earned or it will expire.
• Offer valid only on standard rides. Premium or specialty services are excluded.
• Promotion is available to registered users and may be limited to specific service areas.
• Promotional offers are subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to withhold or revoke promotional benefits in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
