ComfortRide provides non-emergency medical and general transportation services throughout select areas of Texas. All services are provided based on availability, and scheduling is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

3. Payment Terms

• All rides must be paid in full prior to service confirmation.
• We are a private pay company and do not accept insurance.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and facility invoicing (with prior approval).

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in full charges.
• All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of ComfortRide.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or intent while using our services.
• Interfere with the functionality of our website or booking systems.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse ComfortRide employees or drivers.

7. Modifications to Services or Terms

ComfortRide reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the website or services without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
